ArtFlame Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 3, 2026
Overview and Controller
This Policy explains how ArtFlame collects and processes information through artflame.ai, our AI image, video, audio, and creative tools, accounts, payments, support, and related services.
ArtFlame is the controller responsible for this processing and is operated from the United States. Contact the privacy team at support@artflame.ai. If you use ArtFlame for a business, that business may separately be responsible for information it uploads or otherwise processes through the service.
Information We Collect
- Account and contact information, authentication identifiers, profile details, and communications.
- Billing, subscription, credit, transaction, affiliate, and referral information. Payment processors—not ArtFlame—handle full card numbers.
- Prompts, uploads, references, generated media, workflows, Library items, and related metadata.
- Device, browser, IP address, security, diagnostic, log, cookie, consent-choice, analytics, and usage information.
- Advertising attribution information such as campaign parameters, click identifiers, and conversion events when marketing consent is active.
Purposes and Legal Bases
- Contract: create and secure accounts, provide requested generations and storage, process purchases, administer credits and subscriptions, and provide support.
- Legitimate interests: protect ArtFlame from fraud and abuse, diagnose errors, maintain service reliability, understand non-marketing product performance, and enforce our Terms where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent: run optional analytics, session-replay, advertising pixels, and consent-gated browser or server conversion measurement. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through Privacy choices.
- Legal obligations: maintain transaction records, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, and comply with tax, accounting, and other applicable requirements.
AI Processing and User Content
Prompts, uploads, references, and outputs may be sent to model, moderation, storage, and infrastructure providers only as needed to provide the feature you request, secure the service, or comply with law. Providers may operate in different jurisdictions and apply their own safety systems.
Your creations are private by default unless you choose to publish or share them. Do not upload sensitive personal, medical, financial, confidential, or third-party content unless you have authority to do so and understand the selected tool’s processing.
Service Providers and Sharing
We disclose information to providers supporting authentication, hosting, databases, storage, AI models, moderation, payments, email, customer support, security, analytics, and advertising measurement. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect users or ArtFlame, during a business transaction, or at your direction.
We do not sell personal information for money. Optional advertising measurement may be considered “sharing” or targeted advertising under some US state laws; it remains disabled until consent and can be turned off through Privacy choices or Global Privacy Control.
Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Essential storage supports authentication, security, purchases, requested referral benefits, and remembering privacy choices. Optional analytics and marketing technologies are disabled until the corresponding consent is granted.
Marketing consent may activate Google, Meta, and TikTok measurement, including consent-gated server conversion events. Analytics consent may activate Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Contentsquare, and performance measurement. We do not intentionally send prompts, uploaded media, generated media, passwords, full card numbers, or secret keys to advertising pixels.
See the Cookie Policy for provider and purpose details. Use the persistent “Privacy choices” control to accept, reject, or withdraw consent.
Retention
We retain account data and private content while an account is active and as needed to provide requested features. After a verified deletion request, information is deleted or de-identified unless it must be retained for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or enforcement. Transaction records remain for the legally required accounting period; consent records remain for the period reasonably necessary to demonstrate and honor your choices; security logs remain only while operationally necessary; and backups expire under routine provider schedules.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls and transport encryption where appropriate. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your authentication method and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability; withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing; and appeal or complain to your local data-protection authority. EU and UK users may complain to the authority where they live or work. French users may contact the CNIL.
US state residents may also have rights to know, delete, correct, obtain a copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing as applicable. ArtFlame honors Global Privacy Control by keeping marketing tracking disabled in that browser.
Send requests to support@artflame.ai. We may verify your identity and authority before responding. Authorized agents should identify the person represented and provide proof of authorization.
International Transfers
ArtFlame and its providers may process information in the United States and other jurisdictions. Where required, transfers are supported by recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions, contractual protections, or Standard Contractual Clauses made available by the relevant provider.
Children
ArtFlame is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child provided information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Changes and Contact
We may update this Policy as services or laws change. Material changes will be presented through the service or another appropriate channel, and the date above will be updated. A new consent version will request a new choice before optional tracking resumes.
